Mr. Levin has more than twenty-five years experience in the construction industry as a scheduler, contract administrator, construction engineer, project manager, field inspector, claims analyst, expert witness and arbitrator. Projects include nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, subway and rail systems, process plants, bridges, tunnels, prisons, hotels, hospitals, convention centers, office buildings, schools, apartments and shopping centers.
Mr. Levin has hands on experience with the development, updating and analysis of schedules utilizing Primavera (P6, P3, SureTrak and Contractor), Microsoft Project, and other PC-based CPM scheduling packages as well as several schedule analytics utility programs including Acumen Fuse and Schedule Analyzer. Mr. Levin occasionally writes articles and professional papers for construction trade associations and publications on scheduling, dispute resolution and construction information technology topics, and has authored books published by McGraw-Hill and ASCE Press. He has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and has been a speaker at various construction industry conferences.
